A weird and wacky sense of humour is almost an essential requirement for travellers and therefore those travel sites that exemplify this genre get their own top-level category so that they can receive the attention they deserve. We will include pretty much any humorous content here though we do aim to exclude sites that contain anything that is offensive. Do let us know if we miss anything; we don't have the resources to monitor all sites listed.
This category lends itself to sections as travellers find new ways to make nonsense out of serious stuff. Feel free to email in new ideas for these as well as to suggest other sites that you have enjoyed by using the regular button and form.
We are particularly interest in collecting together links for websites that show events or locations that our readers can incorporate into their travels so please do bear that in mind when submitting. Some things are funny just the once and well worth reading about but, in the main, we are hoping for things that can provide balance to otherwise serious, mainstream attractions.
